If your waste is not collected as expected, first check your collection day. You must report it within two working days by calling 0345 678 9007. We will need to know:

• your name
• your postcode
• what waste hasn't been collected
• what container it's in e.g. bin, boxes, sacks
• the day/date that you were expecting it to be collected.

We will verify the issue with our waste collection contractor. If your collection has genuinely been missed we will return within two working days.
