Returns and refunds policy
- Item damaged in transit - If the item delivered has been damaged in transit you can return the item within 30 days or receipt for replacement or a full refund including postage.
- Item is defective - You have the right to return faulty items within a reasonable period of time for replacement or a full refund including postage.
- Item incorrect - If we send you an incorrect item immediately send the item back to us using the return label enclosed with the goods and we will refund your credit / debit card and your postage.
