Are you happy with our services for young people? Are you unhappy with our services for young people? Would you like to tell us how we could do things better?

  • you have the right to be heard
  • you have the right to express yourself
  • you have rights, whoever you are, wherever you are from

"Please tell us what you think. We promise to try to put things right."

  • a suggestion tells us how we could do things better
  • a compliment tells us if you are happy with our services
  • a complaint tells us if you are unhappy with our services

How to make your suggestion, compliment or complaint:

To make your suggestion, compliment or complaint you can speak to a person called a Complaints Officer. If you need any extra help the Complaints Officer will be able to help you.

You can either:

  • telephone, email, write or send an audiotape to the Complaints Officer (click contact on this page)
  • complete our online form for young people - follow the link on this page
  • print and complete the PDF form attached to this page and post it to us (see contact button for our address)

If you need help with these you can either:

  • ask your family or a special friend
  • ask your carers
  • ask your social worker

If your suggestion, compliment or complaint is about Social Care you can:
Telephone, email or write to the Children's Rights Officer for help.

You can help to put things right: don't be scared - we will take your complaint seriously.
We will deal with your complaint as quickly as we can. We will let you know what is going to happen.

The information that you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of collecting compliments or responding to comments and complaints, and will not be passed on to any third parties. It will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years.
