Do you work within CYPS? This applies to you!

The new appraisal PDP pilot process for all staff employed within Children and Young People's Services has started. This pilot enables the Professional Development Plan (PDP) part of the appraisal to be completed electronically.

This will assist in....

• improving the quality of information from appraisals
• supporting the planning of relevant learning and training opportunities for employees across the Directorate.
• aiding reporting structures with the additional coding and field headings ; (an explanation of development codes can be found on the links at the base of the page),

What can you do? Where do you come in?

Appraisers (and their appraisees) can now complete the PDP section of the appraisal on-line.
