Every day we all make decisions and choices – some are big and some are small. The decisions you make about relationships and sex may change the rest of your life. This campaign provides a guide to some of those important choices.

We are all responsible for our own sexual health and safety. Remember it is your choice and no one else’s when to have sex - take control and be prepared.

The guidance included in this campaign is for young men and women and incorporates:

• Saying No.
• Building the right relationships for you.
• Alcohol and drugs safety.
• Sun safety messages.
• Internet safety.
• Ways to start talking to a partner about having safer sex.
• Keeping safe.
• Where to go locally for free, confidential advice, condoms, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception and other forms of contraception in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
