Community Right to Bid

Information on the community right to Bid scheme.

Please note: the 2012 legislation makes provision for the local community to have the opportunity to bid for a listed asset should the owners decide to offer it for sale during the listing period. The owner does not have to accept any bid made by the community, only to consider it. A successful listing does not provide any other community benefits.
