National bus pass
Bridgnorth Cliff Railway vouchers
For national bus pass applications, please apply online or visit the Shropshire Local hub in the Darwin Centre, Shrewsbury.Please note that if you choose to apply online for your first bus pass, you'll need to have your national insurance number to hand, an email address, and be able to upload a photo (if you're applying in person we can take the photo for you).
For senior railcards, community car vouchers or Bridgnorth Cliff Railway vouchers, please bring the required documents to the Shropshire Local hub.
Please bring with you the following proofs of age:
State pension letter
Please also bring one of the following proofs of residence (place of residence must be clearly shown as Shropshire and be the most recent copy):
Council tax bill or statement
Bank / credit card statement
If you applied for a senior railcard you'll be given an instruction form and unique code to complete and use to pay for your application either online or by phone on 0345 300 0250. Once you've done this your card will take up to five working days to arrive at your address.
If you're applying for a bus pass or Bridgnorth Cliff Railway voucher, check your post. Approximately ten working days after your application, you should receive your new concession.
