We Are With You

Wearewithyou is a service supporting young people worried about drug or alcohol use. This service is free and confidential, and is for you if you're under 18, living in Shropshire and worried about your own or someone else’s drug or alcohol use. There's also a service available for those over 18.

ThinkNinja is an online resource bringing self-help knowledge and skills to children and young people (10-18 years old) who may be experiencing increased anxiety and stress, especially during Covid-19.

Did you know that everyone in Shropshire has free access to Togetherall, an online community where members can share how they're feeling in a safe environment monitored 24/7 by trained professionals. You can register online.

If you don't quite feel ready to participate in the community, their website has lots of online courses and resources dedicated to your mental health journey, from managing anxiety to improving your sleep!
