Shropshire Council took on the managerial and operational responsibility to provide community use at Church Stretton leisure centre on the 1 April 2020.  This came at the beginning of the pandemic and created a number of challenges including the need to close buildings and implement restrictions to reduce the spread of Covid-19.  Following the initial pandemic challenges leisure facilities were able to re-open and have now been fully operational again for a period of time. As we move through the pandemic recovery process and respond to local leisure and swimming needs, we would like to engage more closely with users of the centre and the local community.

Key local stakeholders continue to work together in providing a long-term sustainable future for the facility. An important aspect of securing that long-term future is to seek your views and improve our service wherever possible.  As a result, we are asking if you could please take some time to complete this survey. 

The survey is being carried out by Shropshire Council in partnership with Friends of the Church Stretton Swimming Pool – Stretton Pool Action Group.
