The introduction of a 40mph speed limit along the A4117 Ludlow Road, and the side roads at Henley, will reduce the speed of traffic, which will improve the quality of life and amenities in that area.

(SPEED LIMITS) (PART 2) ORDER 2007 (AMENDMENT) ORDER

Shropshire Council proposes to make the following changes to the speed limits on various roads in and around Henley:

New 40mph Speed Limit

A4117 Ludlow Road
Between a point 67 metres west of the entrance to Mount Flirt, Henley, Ludlow SY8 3ET and a point 98 metres east of the access to Swan Cottage , Henley, Ludlow SY8 3HB.

The road from Henley to Bitterley
From its junction with the A4117 northerly for 27 metres.
