Mental health
The last 18 months have been tough for us all. The pandemic and several months of lockdown have had a huge impact on people’s mental health. According to a recent Mind study, more than half of adults (60%) and over two thirds of young people (68%) who answered their survey said their mental health got worse during lockdown. The winter period, especially Christmas, can be challenging for some but there is a range of support to help people through difficult times.
The following information has some useful links to keep your mind healthy during the winter months, and information on bereavement support.
