This scheme offers one-to-one support from an experienced member of staff or volunteer through a weekly one hour session, for eight to ten weeks. Participants will be supported in learning about:

  • How to use their own device to search online
  • Email
  • about online safety
  • Social media
  • Documents and storage
  • Photographs

We can also purchase a device and wifi for people 65+ in need (there is specific criteria for this). To qualify for free equipment, the learner must fulfil at least two of the following criteria:

  • Aged 65 and over
  • In receipt of pension credit
  • Have a long-term condition
  • Live alone
  • Have no access to broadband and/or a device at home
