Writing is an excellent way of celebrating the good things in life and also coming to terms with setbacks.
Whether it’s keeping a diary, writing a poem or a story or even a letter to yourself, writing is a way of expressing and externalising feelings. I speak from experience as someone who kept diaries and wrote poems during tough times - and good times!
If you would like to explore the idea of writing as therapy, please come along to one of my sessions.
Free – please pre-book with library staff.
