Call 0345 520 7007 to obtain a trade waiver permit. Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; Saturday 8am to 4pm and on bank holidays 8am to 4pm.
When a waiver has been confirmed and issued, it will be activated for the date/s requested; visits to council offices for pieces of paper to display are no longer required.
Health professional waivers
Complete the application form and post it with payment and documentary proof of your eligibility to Shropshire Parking Service. We'll contact you if there's a problem or if we need further details. The waiver will be posted to the home address specified on the application form. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Shropshire Council'.

We'll provide you with a holder for this purpose. A penalty charge notice may be issued if the waiver is defaced, mutilated, copied or added to in any way, or if it's not clearly displayed.
