We have guidance sheets for specific information on fleas and bedbugs - please take a look at them before you call.

Payment for pest control services will be required at the time of booking, so please ensure you have correctly identified the right pest and booked for the correct treatment. If at the time of the appointment it's found that the information you provided was incorrect (For example, you've called us out to treat wasps and you have a bees nest) we'll only be able to provide a partial refund, in order to cover our call out expenses.

In all cases there is a charge of £30 (inc VAT) included in the above call-out; if no treatment is necessary we will still charge the call out fee. The charge will also be applied if you fail to keep an appointment.
