You are able to submit an online application to us, both allowing you to complete the application form, attach supporting documents and pay fees online, saving you the cost of printing and postage.
You can submit both planning AND building regulation applications via the National Planning Portal. The Planning Portal does not charge a submission Fee for building regulation applications through the Planning Portal, this only applies to the submission of planning applications.

- During online submission in the Planning Portal
- Online through our 'Pay For It' system (please ensure that the applicant's name and site address are included with the payment)
- By debit/credit card over the phone by calling 0345 678 9004 (applications made online should quote the Planning Portal reference number allocated during submission)
