We're pleased to confirm that we're increasing the monthly thank you payments for most of our Homes for Ukraine hosts. Rather than a one-off additional payment for all, we wanted to recognise hosts who have hosted larger families, and therefore will have seen a significant impact on their utility costs.

Payments are therefore made as follows:

• For one guest the original £350 is the only payment available
• For 2 guests its £50 extra (the £350 for the first guest and then the £50 additional payment makes a total of £400)
• If you had three guests it would be £100 extra top up (£50 for guests 2 and 3 and the original £350 payment)

If you're a host you don't need to do anything – our finance team is working on the additional payments in the background and will ensure that they're made as soon as possible.
