The accommodation is also close to all major public transport services, including a regular bus route to Shrewsbury College's London Road campus.

Tannery East has been developed in partnership between Shropshire Council and The University of Chester. It's owned, managed and maintained by a great facilities team from Shropshire Council, which also provides property management, premises maintenance, day-to-day operational management, health and safety advice, and cleaning and catering services in a wide range of other public buildings throughout Shropshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Cheshire, North Wales and the West Midlands.
