Simon Ross: Simon is director of Marches Energy Agency which helps implement housing efficiency programmes and retrofitting supporting low income families and those in fuel poverty across the Marches region. Current programmes include Warmer Homes Shropshire and ECHO. Also please refer to Keep Shropshire Warm which is a partnership programme.
