Due to the high number of street lighting faults being reported at this time of year, in certain circumstances our contractor may be unable to meet the 5-day fault repair target. Current times to complete repairs are nearer to 15 working days in some cases due to an unprecedented number of emergency call-outs which has interrupted pre-arranged workflow patterns.
