We offer a service to match that of any dedicated conference facility, at an exceptionally affordable price.
With fully IT-equipped rooms and members of staff on hand to provide assistance, and friendly and welcoming reception staff, our affordability in no way gives rise to a cut-rate experience.
Here are a few other reasons to use our facilities:
- Close to town centre, railway and bus station
- Reception service provided during core working hours
- Caretaker / assistant on site at all times
- On-site coffee shop available during opening hours (can also provide catering by prior arrangement)
- Riverside location with terrace seating
- Parking facilities by arrangement

Room hire rates
- Use of tiered seating - £26 per set-up
- Use of stage lighting - £26 per session
- Opening the centre in the evening - £40
- Evening sessions that need to start before 6pm (earliest start time 4:30pm) - £20
All charges inclusive of VAT. Please note that 'a session' is a morning, afternoon or evening. There's NO additional charge for caretakers outside of core hours - this is now included.
- 1-14 days prior to the booking - 100%
- 14+ days prior to the booking - 25%
- More than four weeks prior to the booking - no charge
