Actio All In

Actio is a new consortium established by PACC, Energize and Ignition, creating a partnership that is committed to delivering a quality programme of activities for young people with SEND. At the heart of this is the Shropshire All In programme, which the consortium now commissions and manages on behalf of Shropshire Council. This new arrangement has enabled Actio to secure funding for All In from Shropshire for the next 3 years and to attract additional funding from Arts Connect - Culture Consortium Shropshire. This additional funding will focus on extending the programme to offer more arts based activities, including dance, drama and music.

Actio is currently commissioning the new All In programme to run from 1 April 2021 and we have been really pleased with the range of applications and interest from activity providers.  We are keen to make sure that as many children and young people with SEND (0-18) and their families benefit from this new offer. To do this parent carers need to register their child for All In membership through Shropshire Council. You can find details of how to do this on the Shropshire Local Offer.

If you are already an All In member you will still need to re-register your child’s details, this will enable your details to be shared with Actio and its consortium organisations, so that you can receive details about the programme and other SEND related information.

Everyone who registers or re-registers with All In will receive an Actio Welcome Pack, funded through the Pears Foundation and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport as part of the Government’s emergency response to Covid-19. The packs include a range of Actio branded gifts, a welcome folder introducing Actio, the All In activity programme, The Shropshire Local Offer, The Shropshire Short Breaks Statement and a USB memory stick with the Actio Activity Passport on which attendance and achievements can be recorded and used to inform wider discussions about future support.

We want to encourage as many families as possible to sign up for All In, bringing parent carers and children and young people with SEND together, so that we can strengthen our community and support each going forward. Covid-19 has presented particular challenges for the SEND community, increasing isolation and reducing opportunities to access activities which support physical and mental wellbeing. It is important that support is offered to SEND families to re-engage in wider community life.

You can find the form to register or re-register for All In on the Local Offer.
