4. Public Question Time
To receive any questions, statements or petitions of which notice has been received from members of the public.
5. Shropshire Outdoors Project
Joe Penfold, Shropshire Outdoors Project Officer, will give a presentation on the progress of the project which has just started its second year.
6. Walking for Life! Project
This project is now in its final third year. Members will remember the inception of the project and earlier presentations. Carmel Heggarty the Walking for Life! Project assistant will show a DVD promoting the project.
7. Shropshire Council
Shropshire Council became effective from 1 April 2009. Neil Willcox Head of Leisure and Outdoor Recreation will update members on the unitary changes and new structures.

8. LAF UCR Working Group update
The working group met on the 20th March 2009. Group members will outline the findings of the meeting ( attached marked: C)

9. Shropshire Way Update
At the last meeting members were concerned about the route of the Shropshire Way at Plowden.
Jim Stabler, Shropshire Way Project Officer will update members on the progress made on this issue.
Mr Shelley also raised concerns about the line of the route through Sheet village where it follows a road and there is no footway. This is part of the section of the Shropshire Way route known as route 5.
