Review of Highways Maintenance Strategy and Highways Inspection Policy Shropshire Council’s Highway Inspection Manual and Highway Asset Management Policy and Strategy were approved in 2019. These are the core documents for the management of the Council’s highway infrastructure assets. These documents require an update to reflect the priorities of the current administration and to ensure that the Council fulfils all the criteria of the Department for Transport Incentive Fund to maximise capital funding.
