Adults and carers services

We work with people aged over 18, and their carers, to help them keep their independence. We want you to continue to make day to day choices about how you live.

You may need help because you have mental health problems, a learning disability, a physical disability or sensory impairment or because you have become frail or need to live in a supported environment such as a residential or nursing home.

We try to help as many people as possible, but have to give priority to those in the greatest need.
