Environmental Maintenance

Environmental Maintenance is a new service for Shropshire Council.

The same teams will be there to clean your streets, empty litter, remove graffiti and respond to problems with car parks. However they will now be working for Shropshire Council rather than the individual borough, district and county councils.

Shropshire Council is currently working on bringing these different services together and for awhile you may see the old council logos on bins, vehicles or on our employees uniforms. However they do all belong or work for Shropshire Council's Environmental Maintenance department. Any comments or questions on this new service should be sent to our Customer Service Centre whose details are on this page.

To report a problem with a road or street in Shropshire or to report instances of graffiti, flyposting or any other Environmental Maintenance service, please complete the online report form on this page.
