The Supporting People programme aims to help vulnerable people live independently in their own home in the community. Supporting People funds housing-related support services which have helped many people to avoid losing their home, needing to go to hospital or other care services. Supporting People can also help young adults or older people leaving care, hospital or prison to make the successful move to independent living.
