You can help the Shropshire County Library Service to improve by having your say. Your suggestions will be listened to, if you have a complaint, staff will do their best to put things right and if you are pleased with the service, please say!

How to make contact
- You can talk with staff at any library or at other Shropshire County Council premises
- You can telephone
- You may like to send a letter
- You can complete a County Council comments slip (available from all libraries)

In the first instance, please contact a member of staff at your local library. If they are not be able to answer your questions or resolve any problems, you may wish them to pass it on to a more senior member of staff, such as a librarian with Group or Area responsibility or you may prefer to do this yourself.
