You can help libraries in Shropshire to improve by having your say. Your suggestions will be listened to, if you have a complaint, staff will do their best to put things right and if you are pleased with the service, please say!
How to contact us
- you can talk with staff at any library or at other Shropshire Council premises
- you can telephone a library or the Customer Service Centre
- you may like to send a letter
- you can complete a comments slip (available from all libraries)
- you can e-mail.
In the first instance, please contact a member of staff at your local library. If they are not be able to answer your questions or resolve any problems, you may wish them to pass it on to a more senior member of staff, such as a library manager with a service area responsibility or you may prefer to do this yourself. You may wish to consider contacting a member of the Library Management Team directly or by using the general contact details on this page. Whatever method you use, you should receive a response within ten working days, unless you indicate that you do not need a reply.
