Gobowen Library is one of seven community libraries that make up the North Shropshire Library Area and is managed from Oswestry Library.
Free access to the Internet is available through four People's Network computers.

Events
Children's activities
- Rhyme times - free fun and singing sessions for pre-school children - are held monthly on Tuesdays between 11 and 11.30am. A copy of the latest leaflet can be downloaded from the link on this page.
- Free story time and activity sessions are held throughout the year.
Friends of Gobowen Library
The library has a Friends Group which meets to plan events, to help raise funds to support special projects and purchase extra equipment. If you would like to "make friends with your library", please talk to the staff and ask for a leaflet.
