Shropshire Parking Service is Shropshire Council's new parking enforcement team, previously known as ParkRight.

The ParkRight partnership has dissolved and the new Shropshire Council has taken the responsibility for parking regulations and enforcement on all highway and off-street car parks owned and regulated by the council. Who should I contact about a Penalty Charge Notice issued by ParkRight?

You may have received a Penalty Charge Notice (more commonly known as a parking ticket) under the ParkRight partnership, this will be taken forward by the new Shropshire Parking Service. Any enquiries regarding ParkRight should be directed to the new Shropshire Parking Service on 0345 678 9019.
