
2011 Road Race
The Shrewsbury Seven Bridges Road Race is an annual sporting event that takes runners on a unique course across seven bridges in the town.
This year's event took place on Sunday, 18 September 2011 at The Quarry, Shrewsbury.
The 2011 Road Race consisted of two parts: a 10k road race and a 1 mile fun run around The Quarry in Shrewsbury.
The first male runner was Tony Power, who won in a time of 35 minutes 44 seconds. The first female was Amanda Wright-Smith who won in a time of 38 minutes 11 seconds. The winner of the Fun Run was George Arthur.
