Service details
When does it run?
Monday to Saturday express buses from the Eco Park to the town centre run every 30 minutes. Buses run from the car park in the direction of the town centre from 7.20am until 5.20pm.
The first bus from the town centre runs at 7.35am and operates every 30 minutes until 5.35pm.
The car park closes after the arrival of the last bus from the town centre at approximately 5.50pm.
Ticket prices
An adult return fare is just 85p, and children under 16 can travel for only 45p return.
English National Concessionary Travel Scheme bus passes are also accepted and entitle the holder to free travel after 9.30am.
The route
The service consists of routes 702 and 703. Both of which serve Ludlow town centre (Castle Square) and the stops in Tollgate, Parys Road and Sheet Road.
The 702 also serves Greenacres, Steventon New Road, Temeside and Old Street.
The 703 for Tesco, the Railway Station and Ludlow Library also serves Sheet, Station Road and Lower Galdeford.
Connections for further travel on Ludlow Town services and other bus services are available from the main stops in Castle Square.
The buses
All buses are fully accessible and have low floor access, they are ideal for parents with pushchairs and people who are less mobile. The buses also have a ramp to aid access for wheelchair users.
Getting to the site
Ludlow Park & Ride is based at the Eco Business Park and can easily be reached from all areas using the A49. Follow the signs in and around Ludlow to the site.
