Special Educational Needs and Disability Survey Now Live

17 August 2023 Last updated at 03:12

Shropshire Council and NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin have launched a new survey, aimed at understanding local people’s experiences of accessing Special Educational Needs and Disability services for children and young people.

The survey, which is open until Monday 11 September, will help shape changes to services across the area and is a key part of Shropshire Council’s Accelerated Progress Plan.

If a child or young person who you care for has used services to support any needs related to Autism (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Speech, Language and Communication, or has received services related to an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP),

visit www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/STWSEND  to complete the survey and have your say, before Monday 11 September.

For more information about the survey, please contact NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Communications team
