Notice of publication of Gambling Policy Statement

Gambling Act 2005
(Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England & Wales) Regulations 2006

On 10 December 2021, Shropshire Council will publish its Gambling Policy Statement issued under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.

The Gambling Policy Statement will have effect from 31 January 2022.

The published Gambling Policy Statement can be viewed by visiting our website.

The document can be inspected between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm, by prior arrangement at Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND upon request.  Appointments can be made by contacting 0345 6789026.
