You'll be notified of the amounts to be debited at least 14 days before the first payment date.
By phone with a debit or credit card (24 hours a day)
Just ring 0345 678 9009 when a payment is due. Please make sure you have your account number and debit or credit card ready when calling.
Please note that a 1.3% transaction charge will be applied to credit card payments. No charge will apply to debit card payments.
