...but also in the event where a child is assessed to be at risk of harm the special guardianship social worker, or any other lead professional, will make a referral to Compass for a safeguarding assessment.
Universal services will continue to be offered, and therapeutic interventions will be reviewed to determine whether these should/can continue.
