18, Stretton Close to junction with Thrower Road, Oteley Road, Shrewsbury. Road crossing to be carried out in two halves. Temporary lights to be manually controlled from 7.30am - 9.30am and 4pm - 6:30pm (removed or reduced over weekends and during Shrewsbury Town FC home fixtures).
