The Licensing Act 2003 allows a premises licence to be transferred to another person or company. This is usually made when the premises has been sold from one person or company to another. A transfer of the licence only changes the identity of the holder of the licence, and doesn't alter the licence in any other way.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the date we receive your application for us to issue you a new licence.
