Please note that we can't pay pro-rata part-payments of the £350 monthly allowance for parts of months. We have to pay whole payments of £350. The government will reimburse us for the number of £350 payments we make. However, all of the days that the guests have been resident at a property will be taken into account at the point that the guests leave. At that point we'll calculate how many payments are due based on the total number of months that the guests were in residence, from the start date to the end date, eg 21 April to 10 September = 4.66 months = five payments.
