There has never been more choice about where to get married in Shropshire, with many approved premises now offering alternatives to the traditional church or register office wedding. However there are legal requirements which must be observed, wherever you marry.

Thanks to the easing of the law in England and Wales. Marriages can now be conducted outside within the curtilage of an approved venue in an area agreed by the Superintendent Registrar. For many venues, they already have purpose built outdoor structures which can be used. This easement does provide additional choice and flexibility for couples. We have a vast array of venues approved for civil ceremonies, there really is something for everyone.

To make arrangements for a wedding you must first select your venue. Don't want to have your ceremony in the usual places? Don't worry - we have something for you, why not check out our Blended Ceremony package. Once you have provisionally booked your venue you will then need to make contact with our team in order to check on availability of staff for your big day. You can do this by telephoning us on 03456 789016. We will then check availability and discuss requirements with you before emailing you a booking form which you will need to complete and return to our team. A non refundable deposit of £250 is payable in order to confirm your booking with us.

Bookings for ceremonies are accepted up to two years in advance of the proposed ceremony date and are subject to our terms and conditions. A full breakdown of fees and charges can be found here.

We offer several different wedding and civil partnership packages and it is entirely a matter for you to choose what level of service you would like.
